Returns & Exchanges
Don’t love it?
Return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, as received, with ALL tags on.
Returns that show wear or missing tags will be sent back.
How to return / exchange?
- Request Return from Order page or WhatsApp.
- Pack the piece securely in its original box.
- Courier collects refund / replacement starts after QC.
- You will receive a tracking number once the courier picks up your return. We will notify you when it arrives at our facility.
Return pickup is free; original shipping fee is non-refundable.
Change your mind?
- Cutoff: Orders can be cancelled until they reach "Ready to Ship" status, which typically occurs within 6 hours of placing your order.
- Late Cancellations: Orders already in "Ready to Ship" status cannot be cancelled; please use our return process instead once the item arrives.
Wrong or damaged item?
WhatsApp clear photos within 24 h; we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
QC failed?
We will send QR code via WhatsApp or email for reimbursement of 100 rupees. Once your payment gets accepted, the item will be shipped back to you.
Partial returns
Sets / bundles must be returned complete. Including gifts.
Refund speed
- Pre-paid: refund starts < 24 h after QC, reaches your account in 2-4 business days.
- COD: share bank / UPI; refund triggers < 24 h after details verified.

Do I need to send freebies or promo items back?
Yes. Return the entire set—gift pouch, extra charms, promo gifts included. Missing pieces = QC fail.
Stylika cancelled my order—what now?
Very rare (stock or address issues). We’ll notify you and auto-refund the full amount within 2-4 business days.
Your statutory rights?
Nothing here limits your consumer rights under Indian law—faulty items are always eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.

All India pin codes serviced by top couriers.
How long does delivery take?
Metro 2‑5 days | Non‑metro 5‑7 days. Tracking link sent on dispatch.
Shipping cost?
Free on orders ≥ ₹600. COD may add a small fee of ₹49 .
5% off upon prepaid.

How do I track my order once it’s placed?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email and SMS with the tracking number and a link to track the package.

How is the jewellery packaged for delivery?
Each Stylika piece comes in a secure jewelry box or pouch, which is then packed in a tamper-proof outer package for shipping.
Can I change address or cancel?
Allowed until the order is “Ready to Ship” status (≈ 6 h). After dispatch, use our return flow.
Parcel shows “Delivered” but you didn’t get it?
Tell us within 10 days of the ship date so we can open a lost-parcel claim and sort it out.

Are payments safe?
Yes. SSL site, PCI‑DSS gateways. We never store card data. Shopping at Stylika is 100% safe and secure.
GST invoice?
Included in every order. Prices already inclusive of GST. No other hidden charges.
Is Cash on Delivery available for purchases?
You can select COD at checkout for eligible pincodes. It may have a small convenience fee of ₹49.
Need an invoice with my company GSTIN?
Add your GSTIN at checkout.
Product & Care
Will it tarnish?
Minimal if cared for. Keep dry, wipe with plain cloth after wear, store in zip‑lock + silica. Keep it away from water, swimming pool, perfumes. Cosmetics, skin care products, your natural oil may cause harm to your cherished product.
Do you offer a warranty?
By purchasing fashion jewelry, you acknowledge the following:
- Plating fades over time due to wear, moisture, perfumes, lotions, body oils, and chemicals.
- Color variations may occur between different batches and from digital photos.
- Sizing and measurements are approximate and may vary across manufacturers.
- Handcrafted items may show slight variations.
- Base metals (brass, alloy) may cause skin reactions in sensitive individuals.
- Stones and embellishments are typically synthetic unless otherwise specified.
