Stylika — Returns & Exchanges

Returns

  • Return must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, with ALL tags attached.

  • Returns showing use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled until they reach "Ready to Ship" status, which typically occurs within 6 hours of placing your order.

  • Orders already in "Ready to Ship" status cannot be cancelled; please use our return process instead once the item arrives.

Return process

  1. Request: Request return from your order page within 72 hours of delivery.

  2. Pack: Secure the item in its original box.

  3. Ship: Arrange return shipping to our facility. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (in which case we arrange and cover pickup).

  4. Tracking: Share the return tracking number with us once shipped. We will notify you when it arrives at our facility.

  5. Quality Check: Once our quality check is complete, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Quality check (QC)

  • If an item fails QC, it will be returned to you.

  • A ₹100 fee will be deducted to cover return shipping to you.

Partial returns

All items in a bundle must be returned together, including any gifts received with the order.

Refunds

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund initiates within 24 hours of QC completion and is credited to your original payment method in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos on WhatsApp at +91 9090109810

  • A free replacement (subject to stock availability) or full refund will be arranged.

Freebies and promotional items

  • All complimentary items (gift pouch, charms, promo gifts) must be returned.

  • Missing items = return rejected.

Order cancelled by Stylika

  • Rare (stock/address issues). You will be notified, and the full amount refunded within 2–4 business days.

Lost in Transit

If the courier loses your return package:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of the pickup date.

  2. Provide the return tracking number.

  3. Once the courier confirms the loss, we will process your refund/exchange as if the item was received.
